In this workshop, participants will be enlightened as to the true value of a repeat and referral customer base. Chip Thomas will present an analysis of salesperson closing ratios proving the necessity of retaining salespeople who retain their "sold" customers. This plan of action is essential as competition in the retail automotive industry intensifies. Dealerships that want to still be in business in 20 years must focus on retention.
