This workshop takes an in-depth look at automobile sales and service industry losses from 2000-2006. Participants will gain a unique perspective on how losses occur, the direct and hidden costs associated with losses, and management solutions that minimize dealership risk. They will find out how dealers have dramatically reduced driving accidents, workers compensation injuries, and allegations of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, as well as how successful dealers use improved hiring practices and employee education to reduce turnover and improve their corporate culture.
