This workshop is for dealers that want to sell more trucks and earn more money per truck. The speakers will share best practices they have learned from truck F&I departments across the nation. You will learn how the best F&I managers sell additional products to earn additional income for the dealer and the skills that increase their productivity. You will also learn the traits of what dealers look for when hiring a great F&I manager, how dealers structure the F&I manager's commission, how dealers train their F&I managers, and how dealers set goals for the department.
