Ideas for applicant sourcing will be provided to help dealerships generate quality applicants. The speaker will review the "how to" of interviewing and selecting talented applicants. Participants will learn the keys to mastering the interview process while avoiding common mistakes. Focus will be placed on understanding behavioral styles and their impact on job performance. Participants will learn how to personalize coaching strategies instead of using a "one size fits all" approach. A brief action plan is outlined to help participants take practical steps for improving human resource management in the dealership.
