The ups and downs of the economy are reflected in the automotive consumer's credit report. More and more customers are credit challenged. Many dealerships advertise directly to this growing market, but do they really want the credit-challenged consumer? Although this type of customer consistently produces higher gross profit and repeat business many stores treat this consumer in a less than desirable manner. Make one mistake in the process and all parties involved will be disappointed in the outcome.
