Accessories—OEM and aftermarket—represent a $30 billion market opportunity. Dealerships capture only 15-20 percent of this business. The workshop will identify the barriers that dealerships face in setting up successful accessories departments—and present solutions. An area of emphasis will be on how to move your accessories from a back-end business to one that encompasses your entire organization including front-end sales, parts and service, and Web marketing. The presentation will conclude with a panel discussion by dealers who have launched their own accessories.
