This workshop will focus on five basic, yet vital, people-oriented concepts guaranteed to produce positive results in your dealership. The concepts fall under the general categories of human resource management techniques, relationship building, developing a positive attitude, and communicating effectively. We'll also emphasize how to understand and manage each person based on his or her unique personality and needs. We'll review both general and specific how-to information to motivate you to take positive, practical steps for improvement in the dealership.
